Cookware features 18/10 stainless steel body and a three-layer encapsulated base with 5mm of aluminum sandwiched between the body and a magnetic stainless steel base cap for even heat distribution at the base of the cookware.
Features a nonstick interior surface made without PFOA for low-fat cooking and easy cleanup.
Nonstick surface is ultra-smooth to repel water and grease and allows food to slide off easily with less residue left behind.
Graphite color of the nonstick surface makes it easier to see and remove food residue during washing, helping to keep surfaces clean — the ideal way to maintain its food release .
