Our goal is to create a mycelial network of mushroom growers so that everyone can learn how to grow medicinal and gourmet mushrooms because MyShrooms are for everyone!
Another step we take to prevent contamination is to sterilize our rye grain at 15psi for 120 minutes, 30 minutes longer than the standard process. This is done to ensure any bacteria or endospores present are killed off and that the grain is completely sterile.
